Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to premium subscriptions purchased through uuu.gl. We strive to provide excellent service, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase, provided:

  • You have not previously subscribed to a premium plan
  • You request the refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not excessively used the service in a way that suggests abuse

How to request: Email support@uuu.gl with your account email and reason for refund. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

3. Recurring Subscriptions

3.1 Billing Cycle

Premium subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis (depending on the plan you choose). By subscribing, you authorize uuu.gl to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

3.3 No Partial Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Renewal Charges: After the 14-day guarantee period, automatic renewal charges are non-refundable
  • Downgrades: Switching from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan
  • Service Abuse: Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
  • Buyer's Remorse: After the 14-day guarantee period has expired
  • Change of Mind: After using premium features extensively
  • Third-Party Issues: Technical issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
  • Force Majeure: Service interruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, server outages, etc.)

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

  1. Email support@uuu.gl with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the date of purchase
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

5.2 Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

6. Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any charges and therefore refunds do not apply. You may delete your account at any time without penalty.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or want to dispute a charge, please contact us at billing@uuu.gl before disputing the charge with your bank or payment provider.

Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to request refunds in the future.

8. Service Interruptions and Downtime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional service interruptions may occur. Short-term outages (less than 24 hours) do not qualify for refunds. For extended outages (more than 48 consecutive hours), we may offer prorated credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

9. Changes to This Policy

uuu.gl reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Refund requests will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
